Why Timberview?

Timberview windows & doors are designed to integrate specific techological advancements.

Hidden corner cleats

Metal cleats hidden within the frames on each corner of sashes and door panels provide extra strength to oversized openings. The extra rigidity reduces movement and increases stability.

Flush fit

Windows and doors close perfectly flush within substantial frames ensuring an attractive flat external finish complementing contemporary and traditional homes alike.

Solid internal profiles and high performance weather seals

Solid internal timber gives a traditional look of strength and style.
• High performance weather seals used in the opening panels utilize the latest European window and door seal technology, providing a barrier against air and water.
• Window and door openings sandwich the seal between two aluminium profiles, rather than timber and aluminium, giving a better weather seal. This avoids gasket marks as sealed timber and rubber sweats.

Peace of mind with no timber in the wet areas

• Hardwearing aluminium and rubber seals keep water at bay. Internal timbers have no contact with the wet areas avoiding gasket marks, water stains and decay.

• Hidden drainage holes channel moisture to the outside. Flush fitting caps act as anti-blow back valves preventing moisture being forced back into the cavity.
